How to join the team??
To become a member of the 2018-19 XC/Track team, you must be enrolled in an athletic period 1st or 7th if not already enrolled in an athletic period for another UIL sport only. Have an annual athletic physical completed and online. Rankone paperwork filled out. Access to this information can be found at https://lamarcisd.rankonesport.com/New/Home.aspx
George Ranch High School opened up in 2010 and has won numerous district championships in cross country and track and desires to continue the tradition.

Paperwork requirements for track athletics: Due 9/27
a. Incoming Freshmen-A Copy of birth certificate and a copy of the most recent utility bill or parent driver license.
b. Returners-a copy of the most recent utility bill or parent driver license.
c. All can be given to Coach A. Dutch hard copy or emailed to adutch@lcisd.org.

Head Girls Track/XC Coach Alicia Dutch-
Hello! I will be starting my 6th year at GRHS and 11th year as a coach/teacher for the 2018-19 school year. I am an Inclusion Support Teacher in English II. I am married to the awesome Head GRHS Boys Track Coach Todd Dutch who ran at The Ohio State University. We have 2 beautiful Toddlers Jaxon and Bellami. I was born and raised in San Antonio,TX and graduated from Converse Judson High School. I was blessed to have my education paid for by earning a track scholarship to Albany State University, then transferred to Texas State University. I earned my bachelors degree in Exercise Sports Science and a minor in Mass Communications. I am a proud memeber of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. I have coached at Edison HS in San Antonio,TX and Baytown Lee HS in Baytown,TX. I serve as an English II Inclusion teacher here at GRHS. Hook Em' Horns!

Assistant Track Coach Austin Throop-
Howdy! My name is Austin Throop and I have just completed my first year as an assistant coach here at George Ranch. I have been teaching Mathematics here for the last five years, and joining the track team is a true blessing. I graduated from Morton Ranch High School, where I ran both cross country and track. I then went on to further my education at Texas A&M University. I have a degree in History with a minor in Mathematics. During my time there I joined the Texas A&M Cycling team. I feel in love with bike racing of all kinds, but my heart desired to turn left. Track cycling became my outlet. I qualified for Nationals both my junior and senior year, with my best finish being a 15th place finish out of 100 competitors. I was fortunate enough to marry my high school sweetheart and she makes me a better man every day. I thoroughly enjoy watching our students grow both in the classroom and on the track. WE ARE G R !!!!!!!”
